United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Accepted Cards
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Xiaomoxuan.ae policies and rules.
The basis of the sale

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in the Delivery Area.
The Goods which can be ordered via our Website are only available for delivery to you if you are based in our Delivery Area.
Price of the Goods
If the price of the Goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and request your confirmation by email that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable then you will have the option of canceling the order.
Our charges for transport, packaging, and insurance are detailed on the order page and will be included in the total price for the goods.
Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver.
You will only own the Goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
Returns/Options to cancel returns
You can request a return your product by sending an email to support@xiaomoxuan.ae.
The return can only be made within 3 days from the date of delivery, please return them with proof of purchase. If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and XIAOMOXUAN COSMETICS TRADING commercial guarantees.
A charge may be made if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched.
Warranties
We aim to provide high-quality products to our customers. Accordingly, we warrant that where the Goods are products and not already covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee, they will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. We further undertake that they will be in good condition at the time of delivery and will be of the type ordered, or if that type is not available we will let you know by email and, if possible, suggest a suitable alternative which is available. If you do not want the alternative suggested, you will be entitled to order other products or cancel your order, as you wish.
Liability
If you have a valid claim in respect of any of Goods which is based on any defect in their quality or condition or their failure to meet the specification in accordance with the Contract, and you have returned the Goods within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to choose either a refund of the price of the Goods or replacement Goods.
We shall not be liable to you in connection with any contract, in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings, or data that your business may suffer.
