We are doing our best to supply the best quality for our products. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund by sending an e-mail to support@xiaomoxuan.ae or by WhatsApp to +971 58 593 68 53. Below are the terms of refund and cancellation:

• Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
• Refund is eligible within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Once refund is initiated, we will arrange the item collection within the next 2-3 working days.
• Proof of purchase, as well as original packaging (including boxing) are required in case of refund.
• Refund may be initiated in the following cases:
  • The wrong product was sent,
  • The product appears to be defective,
  • The product was damaged during shipping,
  • The product is tampered.
